The messaging program

Cloud10 Analytics operates an operational text messaging program for onboarded field contractors and business contacts. Messages help coordinate field work, such as arranging and following up on site surveys and exchanging job-site photographs.

This is not a marketing program. We do not send promotional messages. These terms cover the messaging program; any paid services are governed by a separate agreement.

How you agree to receive messages

You receive messages only if you are an onboarded contractor or business contact who has provided your mobile number and agreed to receive operational messages from Cloud10 Analytics.

We collect numbers directly from these authorized contacts during onboarding. Providing a number by itself does not enroll you: you must also agree to receive messages for this program. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on active field work and coordination needs.

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan.

Stop receiving messages

Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You will receive one confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent under this program unless you choose to opt in again.

Message delivery

Delivery depends on your mobile carrier and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
