Who we are
Cloud10 Analytics ("Cloud10," "we," "us") is based in Spring, Texas. We work with businesses and their teams to build AI workflows, knowledge systems, custom applications, and reporting around how their work actually happens.
This policy explains how we handle information through our website, business communications, and services. When we process information on a business customer’s behalf, we use it to provide the agreed services. This policy does not replace the data-handling terms of a client agreement.
Information we collect
- Business contact information. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, company details, and information you provide when discussing or using our services.
- Client-service information. Content provided by customers and their authorized users for a project, such as job notes, survey details, photographs, documents, spreadsheets, emails, checklists, and meeting notes. The information involved depends on the work we are engaged to do.
- Service and technical records. Records needed to deliver, maintain, and secure our services, which may include IP addresses, browser or device information, access logs, and messaging delivery records.
- Messaging preferences. Mobile numbers, consent records, and opt-out requests for our operational text messaging program.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, communicate with customers and authorized users, deliver and support the agreed work, maintain and secure our systems, and meet legal obligations.
Depending on the project, this may include organizing company knowledge, coordinating field work, processing operational information, building workflows and applications, and preparing estimates, reports, or other useful outputs. AI tools may support these activities as part of the agreed work.
We do not sell or rent personal information.
Website and browser storage
This website currently has no advertising pixels or audience-analytics tools added by Cloud10. The contact panel lets you open your email application or copy our email address. We receive the information you choose to send us by email.
The site uses local storage — a setting saved in your browser — to remember whether you have turned the background wind sound on or off. This preference is not used for advertising. You can change it with the wind control or remove it by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings.
Hosting and security services may use essential cookies or technical records to deliver and protect the website, including authentication where access is restricted. We will review this policy and the relevant controls before adding optional tracking tools.
Operational text messages
Our messaging program is for onboarded field contractors and business contacts who have agreed to receive operational messages. Examples include arranging a site survey, following up on field work, and exchanging job-site photographs. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
Message frequency varies based on active work. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. See our SMS Terms & Conditions for the program details.
Security and retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes described here, including providing the agreed services and meeting legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of information, the engagement, and any applicable contractual or legal requirements.
Your choices and requests
You can contact smorris@cloud10analytics.com to ask about the information we hold or request access, correction, or deletion. Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may also have rights to obtain a copy of your information or opt out of certain processing.
We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting on a request. If your information is part of a customer’s business records, we may refer you to that customer or coordinate with them. To ask us to reconsider a response, email the same address with “Privacy appeal” in the subject line.
To stop operational text messages, reply STOP. You do not need to submit a separate privacy request to opt out.
Policy updates
We may update this policy as our services and data practices change. The published policy will show the date of its latest revision, and we will provide any additional notice required by applicable law.
